SWEETS has organised a space-weather-on-tour bus tour through Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Latvia, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, and Portugal.
The bus was operated by Personenverkehr GmbH Müritz in Waren (Germany); it contains a space weather poster panel exhibition, an interactive exhibition including video presentations on space weather, personal computers with near real time access to space weather observing satellites, an optical telescope and a radio telescope for solar observations by the visitors. The tour through the bus has been guided by different high-level and outreach-educated European space weather scientists.
Some movie impressions (wmv) of the bus tour:
The exterior of the bus tells about space weather, its origin at the sun, its beauty, and its influences on Earth's environment and, in particular, the technical infrastructure in space and on ground.

Poster Panels are available in 3 versions (English/German (pdf, 50 MB), English/French, English/Portuguese). Translations are available in Dutch, Norwegian, Polish and Slovak languages.

In addition two internet PCs with real time access to space weather observing satellites and display of state-of-the-art movies including a video projection,
An old photograph (1893) of Sun spots from Paris-Meudon observatory.
Two telescopes for optical and radio observations of the Sun.
Optical Telescope with Visitors and poster with description of the used Radiotelescope.
A gliding arc plasma experiment was also on display.

Posters, CD-Rom and other public outreach and educational material were distributed as well. The exhibit was guided by high level and outreach educated European space weather scientists.
SWEETS also produced a continuously running "Space Weather" Presentation.
