Cosmic ray spark chamber

SWEETS has built a spark chamber and a gliding arc. The spark chamber demonstrates the presence of cosmic rays and the interaction with an atmospheric gas. The gliding arc was on display in the SWEETS bus and is a demonstration of an atmospheric plasma.
