thesis work “Production & characterization of metal nanoclusters” :
Short
description: This
work is mainly on cluster production & characterization. Metal nanoclusters are produced inside NC200 nanoclusters source by dc magnetron sputtering
followed by gas aggregation. The produced clusters can be mass selected inside a
QMF 200 mass filter and finally these clusters can be deposited on a substrate
for further analysis. The cluster deposited films are characterized by Atomic
Force Microscopy (AMF), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), X-ray Photoelectron
Spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray Reflection and UV-Visible absorption spectroscopy. A
